Shipping Policy

 

We ship across India from our facility in New Delhi.

 

Shipping charges: Orders of Rs. 499 and above qualify for free shipping. Orders below Rs. 499 have a flat delivery charge of Rs. 49. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Dispatch and delivery time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. From the time of dispatch, it takes 3-5 business days for orders to reach most locations in India, and up to 7 business days for remote or non-metro pin codes. If you have placed an order with multiple items, your items may arrive in more than one shipment. Estimated delivery times are indicative, and on some occasions there may be unavoidable delays beyond our control; we will keep you informed if that happens.

 

Tracking your order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier partner handling your order. You can track the status of your package on the courier's website approximately 24 hours after dispatch.

 

Delayed orders: If your package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at post@appletherapeutics.com or call +91 92114 93344 (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm) and we will resolve it for you.

 

Incorrect or incomplete addresses: Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not able to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may attract a re-delivery charge.
